TARA LIM 林怡伽

Ms. Tara Lim is the Managing Director of Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd.
She is a Chartered Accountant with Qualification as follows:-

  • Bachelor of Management Studies(BMS) (Hons)
  • 2nd Class Upper Honours (Major in Accounting & Finance)
  • University of Waikato, New Zealand
  • Chartered Accountant – Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ)
  • Chartered Accountant –Malaysia Institute of Accountant
    (MIA: CA15452)

Ms. Tara began her professional journey as an Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, Kuala Lumpur, where she honed her skills in audit and financial analysis. She then advanced her career as a Financial Controller at Alcatel Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, Penang and later as Head of Accounts Department at Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd.

Drawing on her extensive experiences in several MNCs,  Tara subsequently established Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd and developed the company into a trusted, government-appointed consultancy firm for Malaysia’s My Second Home (MM2H) program.

Under her guidance, Perfect Homes (MM2H) has successfully assisted countless expatriates in achieving their dream of making Malaysia their second home.

ALFRED YEAP 叶家豪

Mr. Alfred Yeap is an Executive Director of the company. He is also a Notary Public and Lawyer by profession and established his legal firm Quah & Yeap Advocates & Solicitors since 1st June 1999. His qualification is as follows: 

  • L.L.B. (Hons) UCL, University of London, UK.
  • Barrister at Law, Lincoln’s Inn (called to the Bar on 29th of July 1993).
  • Master of Business Administration, MBA (Washington) U.S.A.

Mr. Alfred Yeap Dah Long brings over 30 years of legal experience to the Malaysian legal industry. He specialises in conveyancing, banking and financial institutions’ loan documentation, estate administration, and a wide range of civil litigation matters. His litigation portfolio includes contractual disputes, bankruptcy cases, foreclosure proceedings, debt recovery, tort matters, winding-up proceedings, and family law cases.

Recognised for his deep expertise in banking law, Mr. Alfred is well-versed in both local and foreign banking and property regulations, making him a trusted legal advisor for clients seeking comprehensive legal solutions.

He has been a senior member of the Malaysian Bar since 5th December 1994 and has served on the Disciplinary Board of the Bar Council since 1st June 2008. In addition, Mr. Alfred Yeap is a qualified Notary Public, offering certified notarial services for individuals and businesses.
