Special Economic Zone
(SEZ)
Age Requirement :

The only property purchased acceptable under SEZ-MM2H is Forest City, Johor Bahru.

Application Process & Criteria
MM2H Application Process
We assist in your application from beginning to the end until you obtain your MM2H Visa. You do not have to be in Malaysia during the application process. Upon approval, you have 90 days to enter Malaysia to get your passport endorsed. Application process are as below:
Step 1
Service Agreement & Prepare Documents
- Sign Service Agreement and pay Initial Deposit. (20% of our service fees)
- We send you the list of documents to prepare and provide sample documents
- You email us the documents.
- We submit your application to MM2H Center on your behalf.
Step 2
Conditional Approval Letter Issuance
Once your application is approved, a Conditional Approval letter will be issued.
The remaining 80% of our Service Fees is payable within 14 days from the date we email you the Conditional Approval Letter.
Step 3
Applicant To Enter Malaysia
Applicant to enter Malaysia within 90 days from Conditional Approval Letter date to execute the following:
- Open Fixed Deposit Account
- Brief Medical Checkup
- Purchase Medical Insurance
We will assist you in completing the above three tasks and take your passport to Immigration Malaysia to get your MM2H visa endorsed. There’s no need for you to be present – we will handle it on your behalf.
