Application Process & Criteria
MM2H Application Process
We assist in your application from beginning to the end until you obtain your MM2H Visa. You do not have to be in Malaysia during the application process. Upon approval you have 6 months to enter Malaysia to get your passport endorsed. Application process are as below:
Step 1
Service Agreement & Prepare Documents
- Sign Service Agreement and pay Initial Deposit. (20% of our service fees)
- We send you the list of documents to prepare and provide sample documents
- You email us the documents.
- We submit your application to MM2H Center on your behalf.
Step 2
Conditional Approval Letter Issuance
Once your application is approved, a Conditional Letter of Approval will be issued. The remaining of our Service Fees is payable within 14 days from the date we email you the Conditional Letter.
Step 3
Applicant To Enter Malaysia
Applicant to enter Malaysia within 90 days from Conditional Approval Letter date to execute the following:
- Open Fixed Deposit Account
- Brief Medical Checkup
- Purchase Medical Insurance
Residency Requirements – Main applicant less than 50 years old
- Minimum 90 days per year for Main Applicant, Spouse & Dependents cumulatively

Long Term Stay
MM2H participants are granted renewable multiple-entry social visit visas, allowing them to stay in Malaysia for an extended period of time without the need for frequent visa renewal。
3 Generations Residency Rights
Main applicant is allowed to bring in spouse, children, parents and parents in law as dependents. In short, one MM2H application, allows 3 generations the residency rights in Malaysia.
Banking
With MM2H visa, MM2H participants have the privilege of opening bank account in Malaysia be it local currency account or multiple foreign currencies account.
Without a valid visa, foreigners are forbidden from opening bank account in MalaysiaWork & Business
While MM2H participants are generally not allowed to work in Malaysia, they have the flexibility to work part-time and also allowed to start their own business here. They can be shareholders and directors of their own company.
Property Ownership
MM2H participants are permitted to purchase properties in Malaysia. This includes both freehold and leasehold properties but are subject to certain guidelines set by the government.
